Liftalates is where strength training meets pilates. This class combines the muscle-building power of dumbbell lifting with the core-focused control of Pilates to give you the best of both worlds.

The first half of class focuses on strength and resistance training to build lean muscle, boost metabolism, and improve overall strength. The second half transitions into Pilates-inspired movements that sculpt your core & improve mobility.
